The Student’s Service provides conditions and support for the realization of the academic goals of students of the Faculty of Media and Communications. Governed by basic values of the Faculty of Media and Communications, employees of the Student’s Service are there to meet the needs of active and future students in every moment in their commitment to the politics of “opened doors”. We believe that the accurate and timely information concerning politics, mechanisms and programmes of the Faculty secures optimal direction and realization of all students’ potentials.

The basic tasks of the Students’ Service Office are:
- admittance of documents for enrolment;
- recognizing of exams passed within other institution of higher education;
- the issue of confirmations and certificates on student’s status;
- attestation of semesters and enrolment for next semester;
- the sign up for exams;
- the issue of certificates on passed exams;
- the issue of certificates on graduation and degrees on completion of studies at the Faculty of Media and Communications.
For performance of its tasks the Students’ Service has at its disposal following documentation:
- personal files of students;
- normative documents of the Faculty (respective laws, Statute and regulations of the FMC);
- Registrar General of students;
- list of diplomas;
- all forms necessary to students (confirmations, certificates, applications and demands)
- minutes from held exams;
- a time-table of exams and lectures.
